1. Groupping

3. Feature Search
Did you know that in HE there is the search function? Located at the top of your YM (see picture).
YM Search
This search function will greatly simplify your nickname or name in the search for your friends. If you only remember some letters / word of nicknames your friends then this search will help by doing the auto complete.
Or if you remember only part of your first name or nickname or the name with search YM will also help locate. Therefore Edit Contact Details (point 2) becomes something quite important.
4. Multiple Selection
You can select multiple names by using the control button (hold ctrl click) and then right click and select Invite to Conference.
Or it could also multiple selection is to send the same message to several people (CMIIW, can only be in YM 9).
